Craft or Commercial Booth Spaces on Wall or in the Middle Rows or Table Spaces Only based on selection. Booth Space Only. Space Fee does not include Table(s), Chair(s), Electricity or WiFi.
Food Vendor / Food Truck – Space Fee does not include Table(s), Chair(s) or WiFi. Electricity is NOT available for Food Trucks or Food Vendors. Electrical Access must be provided by generator brought by Vendor. Food Truck / Food Vendor must also provide a current copy of their liability insurance and health certificate from Mesa County Health Department.
If you would like to participate in our event as a crafter or commercial vendor, please fill in your details in this Event Registration Form below and you will be automatically registered. Event registration must be completed at least two (2) days prior to the event.
CANCELATION POLICY:
In the event that AP Ranch has to cancel the event, an alternative date will be provided. However, please note that all purchases are final and no refunds will be provided if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend once you have registered. By checking the box below, you are agreeing to these terms.
VENDOR SETUP & TEAR DOWN
Vendor doors will be open at 8 am on the day of the event. Vendors are allowed to use the north parking lot for load in and load out; however, immediately after loading in, the vehicle MUST be moved to the south parking lot. If you have handicap placards or plates on your vehicle, the vehicle may stay in a handicap parking spot; however, if you have a trailer attached to your vehicle the rig must be moved to the south parking lot. If you need assistance to be transported back to the barn, please let the event staff know so that transportation from the south parking lot to the barn can be accommodated.
Vendors must be set up and ready for business by not later than 11 am on the day of the event. Vendors are requested to maintain their booth until 3:30 pm.
Vendors may begin tear down at 3:30 pm unless an event staff person directs otherwise.
